Digital Products

Digital products do not require shipping. Once your purchase has been successfully completed, your digital files will be made available electronically.

No physical item will be posted when a product is described as a digital download.

If you experience any problems accessing your digital purchase, please contact House of Alma Ltd and we will be happy to assist.

Physical Products

Physical House of Alma Ltd products, including paper goods, stationery and Manifestation Mail, will be dispatched to the delivery address provided during checkout.

Estimated processing and dispatch times will be stated on the relevant product page where applicable.

For limited-edition or pre-order products, including certain Manifestation Mail releases, the expected dispatch period may differ from our standard processing time and will be clearly stated on the product page.

UK Delivery

Available delivery options and shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by postal or courier delays outside our control.

International Delivery

Where international shipping is available, delivery options and charges will be displayed at checkout.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges that may be imposed by their country. Delivery times may also be affected by customs processing.

Incorrect Addresses

Please check your delivery information carefully before completing your purchase. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Orders

If you believe your physical order has been lost, significantly delayed or has arrived damaged, please contact House of Alma Ltd with your order details so we can investigate and assist.

This Shipping Policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
