By purchasing digital content for immediate access, you may be asked at checkout to consent to the supply of the digital content beginning during the applicable cancellation period and to acknowledge that this may affect your right to cancel.

If your file is faulty, corrupted, inaccessible, or you have received the wrong digital product, please contact House of Alma Ltd and we will be happy to help resolve the issue.

Physical Products
Where physical products are offered, return and cancellation rights will be handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer law. Any product-specific return information will also be stated on the relevant product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If a physical order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery with your order details and, where appropriate, photographs of the issue so that we can put things right.
